Intermediate Practicum Experience: Six weeks Grade 9 Math and Health High School Practicum Experience: Nine weeks Grade 11 Academic Math, Grade 11 Design, Grade 12 Calculus Bachelor of Computer Science, Dalhousie University In addition, I upgraded five full math courses after graduating.
Summer French Immersion Program (6 weeks) St. Anne's University, St. Anne, Nova Scotia HOBBIES & INTERESTS I like to stay active and I've been involved in various recreational activities, organized sports and clubs. Among them, I played the saxophone in my school band for six years. Most recently I was involved with recreational dodgeball and softball teams. I'm a voracious reader, and read both fiction and non-fiction related to anything and everything. I also love traveling and I have lived and visited places all across Canada and the world. My other hobbies include playing correspondence chess, and playing the guitar. | ESL TEACHING EXPERIENCE I taught ESL in South Korea to children age 6-16 for three years at after-school private English academies, and for one year at a public middle-school. VOLUNTEER TEACHING EXPERIENCE I peer-tutored junior high school students in math and English in my senior year of high school. In addition to that, I tutored Chinese university students conversational English when I was in university. RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE I have had various non-teaching related work experience that provided me the opportunity to develop my technical and leadership skills:
